Over the past few months, our talented SusBDe design team has been working tirelessly in close collaboration with engineers to meticulously plan and design the layout of the site. This meticulous planning, which includes detailed action plans, paves the way for us to commence work as soon as the monsoon season subsides.

The SusBDe LOC Nagpur Project is a milestone in sustainable waste management. In Phase 1, a Dry Fermentation Transportable Biogas Plant proved its potential, thanks to collaboration with SusBDe, Keva Group, Keva SusBDe Biotech (KSB), and WTT, The Netherlands, supported by Dutch agencies. Phase 2 will complete a large-scale biogas plant to process 1,200 MT of waste in Nagpur, led by Kedar Vaze and Keva SusBDe Biotech Pvt Ltd, advancing waste-to-energy innovation in India.

This meeting follows our visit to Trasmec in Pune with Machinefabriek Emmen, with further discussions planned at Trasmec’s headquarters in Cremona, Italy, to advance our collaboration on high-efficiency, sustainable energy solutions.
SusBDe's Transportable Biogas Plant (TBP) has arrived in Nagpur. Built in the Netherlands in three months, the mobile TBP can be deployed across India to convert waste into biogas, offering a scalable solution to the country’s waste management challenges.
